Alright... that's the way to go. Show em' why we go LS1. The wait from Hinson is a bitch, but at the end, it's all worth it. Good luck, and if you have any question on your swap let me know.

Rotary is a very good engine. Can be really reliable when someone with the knowledge knows how to tune it. But just not for me.
Thank You

some answers
well i should have started off by saying i don't care about you retards who can't accept the fact that this is MY Car and i will put anything in it that i want bottom line is that i'm am tired of the thing breaking i've owned the car for 4 years and have about 4000 miles on it and 12k in money in aftermarket crap --and now i have a cooked motor--what are there about 5 great rx7 tuners in the world? guess what i'm not one of them....
for those who are interested the motor is out of 03 ram air firebird and has 11k miles on it-has the L6 intake manifold, and throttle body----mods are titanium valve springs and a pretty wild cam also powder coated valve covers---i believe that i got a real great deal on this motor at only 5100 complete..i got a chance to hear it run before it was pulled from the car and i must say that it sounds beautiful and can't wait to be driving mywhat will now be DEPENDABLE seven again....if u are interested in purchasing one of these motors i believe i can help you--my man finds some good ****---
-thanks for your interest--Ryan

I found this on ebay.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-00...25329004QQrdZ1
I know nothing about this conversion but would you guys think this is a good price?? Its listed at 75k miles. The only thing i can think of thats missing is the driveshaft/diff or can you use any of the stock FD ones? And theres no engine harness.
So thats not bad, 4k for a 99-00 LS1 with tranny and ecu with 75k miles. Around here, rotary rebuilds go for 3500 starting.
Now i understand why people do the conversion.
I need to study more about this. When my engine goes, theres gonna be another "going LS1" thread.

Also avoid 98 motors and try to get a 01-02 for the ls6 intake they come with.
