Ls1 swap questions.

Ls1 swap questions.
Alright so I'm planning on buying a Rx-7 thats has a blown engine in it and what
I'm planning on doing with it is put a Ls1 in it, what I want to know is what are all
the things that I would need to do this swap on a STOCK 93 Rx-7, and what would be
the price for this swap? My price range is 10k-15k for this swap not including the car,
so do you guys think that would be enough for the swap and would this be more
reliable then the 13b?
Please list everything I would need for this swap
and the price that you think will be needed for this
and where's a good place to get the parts.
Thanks.

try Granny's Speed Shop or Hinson Supercars. Hinson only makes stuff for LSx swaps whereas Granny's includes stuff for other sbc. Granny's also has a general write-up for performing the swap. check out v8rx7forum.com. They have some helpful stuff and a lot of guys post write-ups of their projects.
These companies make kits with all hardware such as crossmembers, motor mounts, radiators and mounting brackets, driveshafts, slip yokes, etc. Just need to find a write-up that tells you what wiring changes are necessary to convert on your fd harness to be compatable with LS1.
hope this is a good start
