Rtek 2.1 with water/methanol injection, new dyno numbers 438whp/360ftlbs
The AEM water/meth kit came with everything needed to install, but I ended up using alot of my own hardware to mount the tank and pump.
Pump and tank installed
Ran the water line under the car
Had two 1/8npt bungs welded up just in case I decided to run a second nozzle later down the road.
Final numbers and it was hot!!!. Don't look at the blue line...lol. My boost controllers alarm was set to close to my set boost pressure and was triggering an alarm that was causing it drop boost.
Still need to do some fine tuning, like pulling some fuel at the dip in the lower rpm

nice i got the same turbo but my exhuast housing is a lil bigger and im gonna be divided basically same set up but i got power fc and bigger injecters . good to know i want to see wat ur new 1/4 mile time is now im hoping for like 470whish on race gas . on that turbo

Awesome numbers man and isn't it cool seeing those IAT's drop when that injection system comes online . Great torque numbers too! Car has come a long way through the years, fantastic job buddy.

If boost is the same, wondering if the extra power is a result of AI's greater cooling effect over just the typical in-front fan. Guess will have to wait for the track results.
Regardless, phenominal #s from the AFM. Glad to see being done.

Yeah man, on initial pulls I can see a drop of around 20 degrees in temp drop when it comes online. The FC is always a work in progress for me, you know how it is. Hope your torque monster is treating you well!
Boost was the same and no changes to the timing map. I should be hitting up the track some time this month and I should be getting some decent logs to review.

Yeah this is with an arghx boost based lead timing and split map. I don't have logs from the dyno, I forgot my palm that day.
The snap shot is of a log from a couple days prior though

What's your max Airflow reading?! I assumed your fuel correction would be higher, but you're also running a FIC? Is your AI set to come on at a certain PSI? Did you adjust the timing map at all, do you know which specific map you used? Sorry for all the q's, but I'm going to be maxing the boost sensor soon.
Congrats, Bet it's a fun ride! Look forward to seeing/reviewing some .pdb logs of a 1-3rd gear blast! Be sure to log all the good stuff...

Yeah I've talked to him a few times and I just saw his black fc not to long ago. I guess he just got it back from you. That thing sounds mean!

Some interesting #s based on your setup. If your injectors were cycling at 90% at 414 whp, engine was taking in air at roughly 55 lbs/min. That's a pretty good job of addressing fuel delivery for the additional air the AFM doesn’t register. AT A/Fs of 11.5:1, BSFC works out to be ~.59. That’s impressive. Wonder what’s behind that new found power? Is it from the alcohol?

probably more boost, i wouldn't run much more than 15-16psi on pump gas without AI either.
this is also probably about the most i've seen from an Rtek, grats on the work!
Juan will be out again in a few weeks to fix an internal coolant leak on the engine, bigger injectors and probably break the 500 mark on the 35R. originally it was 300whp, then 400whp, then 450whp then 494whp but i think now he just wants to be in the 500 club.. which isn't going to be all too easy since that turbo was close to maxed out already on pump gas.

Your right, I did up the boost just slightly to around 17psi. I wonder if Juan plans to go to a bigger turbo later down the road? I remember seeing the dyno sheet on your thread on Juan's car and hitting that 500 mark shouldn't be a problem for you.
Its the AEM 30-3000 kit and I am using Snow Performance's 50/50 boost juice. I plan to pick up some Methanol though and start mixing it myself. It comes online at around 3psi and full on at around 11psi. The kit comes with two nozzles and I am using the larger of the nozzles (550cc).

I have logs from the day prior. Peak horsepower looks to be around 6700rpm, injector duty cycle 89% and afr 11.3. Peak torque looks to be around 6000rpm? inj.d/c 79% and afr 10.97.
