Haltech Sprint RE, Borg Warner tubo dyno @19psi

Since going to the Haltech ecu earlier in the year I have been wondering what kind of power the car was putting down. I had the chance to take the car to Equilibrium Tuning in Fairfield, CA and after everything was said and done the car put down 474whp and 381ftlbs torque @ 19psi. I am happy at the numbers but disappointed at the same time. I was shooting for over 20psi pulls but the car was breaking up and only felt clean at 19psi and below. I think the main issue is that I am still running the stock non gapable bur9eq's and should be running race plug 10's.

Great numbers! How much water/meth?
Also, 420whp at 13psi?? Nice!
Power didn't look like it was falling much, why stop at 7k rpm?

This was with a single 600cc nozzle

I could probably carry the revs until 8000, but the power starts to drop just past 7000. I just don't feel the need to carry it past that. I change gears around 7-7500rpms

Is there anything special done to the engine itself?
Those numbers are impressive and frankly ..uh..I want them too..(haha!).Currently I got 357 on a stock s5 TII with a garret T04s.

do you know what your max duty cycles was on the injectors? I'm wonder if i should be moving up from my 1000cc secondary and primaries.

Duty cycles are in the low 90's on 43.5psi static fuel pressure

I have been running the Jacobs unit for some time now. Here is an old thread that I started showing a little test I did with the ignition

More boost. When I was running the Rtek the stock map sensor only read to around 14-15 or something like that. So when I would turn the boost up to around16-17psi I would richen the last fuel column on the palm and lower the timing to compensate. Since I was running it like that I would have to either run it way below 15 or above it. If I ran 15psi it would have been rich.

With the Haltech built in map sensor that reads almost 22psi I can run whatever boost pressure below that with the appropriate fuel/timing maps

i've been trying to come up with way around the 15 psi limit of the tek. i was thinking a voltage splitter at first, but i would need a map sensor with double the range, and double the voltage, but similar scale to the stock FC sensor. like that can just be,,, found.
