FC with 13Bt Dyno , 341ps on 11.2psi boost
Well this is the Dyno chart that my friend FC have made up on febuary , The engine setup are as follows .
13bt S5 with Street ported , s4 low comp rotor
2mm hurley seals , Solid corner seals with FD springs
HKS T51S turbine , with HKS cast manifold
Trust Type C Wastegate with Yellow Springs
3" down pipe and full catback Exhaust system
3 core Blitz intercooler
Haltech E6k ,
550 pri, 1600 sec injectors ,
Sard Fuel Regulator ,
Large K2RD Sec fuel rail , But Stock Fuel line ,
WalBro 255 l/hrs Fuel pump .
OS giken Twin Plate Clutches .
Boosting on trust Stock Wastegate springs without boost controller manage to get 11.2psi ( 0.8bar ) had a stable Fuel Pressure , but the tuner have set the Secondary staging on Bar=14 , make up the best numbers on 341ps on the Wheel ,
Try on the Drag strip manage to get the best time on 1/4mile for 14.8sec .
Any suggestion on this setup ...

Thanks for the Reply Guys ...
Gotenks : i just email you the dyno graphs . thank you .
the Figure of 341 is power on rear wheels .. it should be hp ,
Yeah i notice that something is not right because i read all over in this forum .. that even stock engine manage to get in low 14sec ....
Currently using stock s5 Tranny .... rear LSD and i think 4.1 final drive , 17" wheel with 255/45/17 tires .
The Rev limit hav set to 8500rpm .. and i dont see much impressive on the power compare to most forumer that have done .

Thanks for reply Guys ,..
Well He is using Bridgestone Potenza RE711 Tires ... on the size of 255 45 17 , Should have good grip ...
I was told that when he launch the car ... the tires didnt spin much or loose traction , he also using OS giken Twin Plate clutch that give pretty much Grip direct power from the crank to the Transmssion ,
Guys please help ....
they run on 402meter strip .. it should be as 1/4 mile ..
Just review on dyno chart later on ... I study on the graph ... see the power band are very smooth....

not much too help blue...unless one of us gets to drive the car...if the power is there and it is getting to the wheels than it is the driver...what are his reaction times? and his 60ft, 1/8th and 1254' times?

Well guys ... i just got off phone with my friend .
He told me that the Power surge on between 4600rpm Till 8500rpm , but i can see as on the dyno Graph looks clean ....
The timing system are keep by the organizer are print out full sheet and put up in the result board , just provide only the total time ... no 60ft , 1/8th or etc to view .
I believe that the timing is correct because there are cars such as Skyline with RB26dett that making arounds 800hp or Mitsubishi Evolution 7 on 600ps runs on high/mid 10sec . that sound reasonable ...
The time that my friend FC was done on high 14sec ... that sounds like just a boost up stock 13bt ...
does it make sense ?

If it's at full boost at that RPM, it can be dangerous, but I think it's still building boost up to max (11psi) at that point?

Thanks for the Reply guys ..
ReTED: Well i'm not sure what is the AR .. I'm going to check with him or perhaps with more picture of his car .
Well the power surge above 4600~4500rpm .... full Boost are around 4800rpm , ( i think the boost pressure builds up very late )
Even that the stock boost from the aftermarket extrenal wastegate it hold max for 11.2psi /0.8bar ,
i was told that the AFR line are rough due to the 550cc stock injector have max out before the 1600cc secondary come in ...

With the stock 550's, they will usually max out at around 5,000 or 5,500RPM with such a turbo if you're running the staging bar over 0 or in the + side of 0 in terms of load.
If you're running at heavy throttle inputs, you would never see those areas of the fuel map though.

Well .... i cant really figure out the AR Turbo housing ....
because it is already mouted on the engine and can't peek on it ... As i can compare they are approx like the size of Greddy T88 ....
it was tune by a exprience tuner ... this guy tune alot of Rb26dett and 4G63 .... but still cant get why .. he put up the stanging higher compare to hitman maps are only on " bar12 " ...

i dont think the hp numbers have anything to do with the dyno sheet. It must be all driver... or maybe clutch?
i could rip a crazy low time with hp numbers like that.
im running mid 13s with 235rwhp at 10psi.

No, there is not "governor in the engine".
If anything there is an RPM limiter programmed in the ECU.
