Congrats for the numbers.
What turbo and engine management are you using?

Cheers

Lol I was going to say a number that high could only be done on Rx7 Heavens dyno (you can take off about 200hp as it reads incredibly high), but then I saw you're in Wellington, in which case that number is a huge achievement!

Out of curiosity is it still a GT35 turbine (T3 flange 1.06 A/R)?

I don't want to be the dubious one here, but 700 Horse Power on a GT35R? I don't think it's possible.

Its not.. even @ 29psi on race gas @ 12:1 AFR on an accurate dyno I have only seen 480rwhp... Can't hold boost past 5500rpms will chock on the turbine wheel down to about 19psi @ 7500rpms. This was also a T4 1.06, twin open dump V44s, raceport etc etc.

Even our P trim GT35R( TD61) won't make more than 550rwhp.
We also make a 67mm GT35R( mainly for 4 cyl cars) and it won't make that power either..

I was once on a dyno with a 2nd gen GT35R that I tuned that made 700+rwhp also, I stopped and laughed at the dyno operator.

I stop and laugh at you. its been dyno'd on two different machines both producing between 680hp and 703. its the water and alcohol injection that boosts the numbers up. had a race against a 550hp r32 a few weeks back, and ate him alive. after i took him for a ride down the highway (got up to 340km/h!) he admitted nothing he's ever been in felt like this car. The 4000-9000rpm pull almost stops you breathing, you get extreme tunnel vision and literary cant move from the seat. Rotary for life!!

So what trap speeds are you running? Who knew a GT35R could be the perfect 700 hp turbo?

it is a smallish turbo for the power level that you are getting. dynos do vary around alot. in my area the read very low. i made 525whp at 27psi on a 67mm turbo. car does trap 140mph though. thats comparable to most 600whp rx-7s on the forums. but again a dyno is just a tuning tool. take it to the drag strip and see what you get for a trap speed or get a VBOX run in. 60-130mph its big with the supras, gtrs, and porsche guys. thing is spot on and shows your hwy power very well.

if its a solid 700whp it should trap 145+ and run the 60-130 gap in 5.0 sec. get out there to the track and show us what it can do.
