Would FNO1R 17x8 +25 and 17x10 +35 fit into fC?

Yeah they should fit with a fender roll in front.

you shouldnt need to roll the fender with an 8 inch wide wheel. if you want to be safe get +30. the rears will deff. fit.

Yes, you shouldn't have to roll the fenders with an 8" wheel and the right offset, but with the offset he want's he would.

I'm running 17x9 et 45 and 17x10 et 35. I needed 10 mm spacers on each to clear stuff like struts/control arms/etc...

You can fit your wheels no problem, you'll just need a 10mm spacer in the rear.
