Question Wobbling Tire Help!!

Hey Guys I need some help.

Just bought and intalled a set of Mustang GT wheels on my '86 N/A... Looks good but after a test drive I notice a lot of road noise from the rear passenger side wheel, I had a friend checking on the tire while I'm driving and notice that the tire wobbles specially on low speed.

Do I need to replace the wheel bearing? or perhaps use a set of centric rings or whatever the name is!!
Everything was working fine with the original wheels... Please advise.

How are we supposed to be able to help from that description?

*What size of tire on what size of wheel?
*Tire pressure?
*Does the sound vary by speed of car?
*What is the bore size of the wheel?
*If not a hubcentric fit, did you PROPERLY mount the wheel to make sure it was correctly centered?

OK... The wheels are stock '95 Mustang GT 17x8 30mm offset, tires 245/45/17 the bore size is 70.1 mm.

The sound does vary by speed, you can hardly notice the sound at high speed but if you go down to 5 to 10mph is horrible you can feel the tire wobbling, I had my local tire shop to swap the tires and wheels after replacing the front tires
( went with 225/45/17 ) took the car for a ride and felt the same come back and swap another wheel and I still have the same problem.

Hope this helps.

I would bet on the fact that the wheel is not being mounted properly. Get some hubcentering rings and see if that fixes the problem. I recommend going with the Discount Tire metal rings off Ebay (and that will be the ONLY time you'll ever hear me recommending a product from either of those two places! ).
