FL Will 225/60/r16 fit FD?

I think we have a bent rim, so I want to throw some known-good wheels on and see if the ride changes.

Problem is, the only other wheels we have are on a Mercury -- P225/60/r16
The lug pattern seems to be the same, not so sure if the fitment of the tires will work.
The spreadsheet doesn't list this particular size.

Any help would be appreciated, just need to drive it a few miles to know if the bent wheel is the culprit.

Thanks

You'll be ready to do some muddin'... they'll be taller, and it's iffy whether the centerbore on the wheel will be the same, even if the lug pattern is the same

I found a conversion chart that says Yes, the lug pattern is the same
BUT -- the Hub Center Bores are different.

RX7 is 67.1 and Merc is 70.5

Not sure what this means and IF it is a deal breaker?

Any help?

thanks

The bore differences means the Merc wheels would not center to the RX7 hubs. The only thing centering the wheels would be the lug nuts, which could lead to imbalance and vibration in itself. Not the best solution, which is something to look for in wheels. Decent wheels are hubcentric, meaning the bore of the wheel fits tight to the car.
