Who sells the high end coilovers?

People always talk about the Penskes, Ohlins, JRZ, Aragosta, DA Konis, and Motons but who sells them in the US for the FD? I've always heard check out Tri point for the Konis but they dont have them on their website anymore. Ive also heard Guy A. for the Penskes but his site hasnt worked in years. Where do people go to get these setups?

For the high end stuff I'd say go to the source, they'll be more informative and probably more helpful than a vendor.

http://www.hrpworld.com sells Moton and Penske.

I'm working with Erik Messley from EMI racing suspensions on getting a set of the latest version of double adjustable coilover Penskes. He has had a few sets of the new style to test and they will be more affordable (in the $3K range) then the previous version which went for $3-5K+ per corner.

They will be released at the PRI show (similar to SEMA) and then pricing should be available by the end of Dec and definately in January. I have no spec's to share as Erik had to be tight lipped about it until after the show he said.

We have about 3-4 people already interested in them and the more people buying them will help lessen the cost for everyone.

PM me if you are interested in getting in touch with Erik.

gnx7,

do you have any more info on these "new" double adj. from penske? what are they based on("head valve style" or ext. can, mono tube ?) what are the two adj.(shaft bleeds or HS shim stacks?) are the internals (piston/shims) still interchangable with the they're other lines? What was the previous version you are refering too?

I have not been involved with much of penske's retail market products and I didn't make it to PRI this year so I have missed this. I am assuming that your qoute of 3k is for a car set in which case that sounds right on par for penske's, you can get piggy back 8760's for under a grand a piece so what does penske claim to be the advantage of these over 8760's ?

As stated above "I have no spec's to share as Erik had to be tight lipped about it until after the show he said."

When he gets back to me this week (hopefully)... I'll share the details.

Are these the ones that don't need to be contantly rebuilt? I heard Penske was working on something like that, comparable to Moton's Clubsport dampers. Price sounds about right too.
