wheel fitment on fd 17x9.5 +18 offset
i found a good deal on 4 17x9.5 wheels with a +18 offset. will this work for an fd fitment? i think i could get them and put spacers to make them fit. would they make it all around the car or just the rear?

None of the above.
9.5 +45 is the accepted fitment for the front with stock fender, you can go a little more aggressive in the rear, like +40. you're over an inch pushed too far out, and spacers will make the problem worse.
Of course, you can always run some 215s on them with rolled fenders and mad camber

i run a 245 on a 17x10 + 25 and im fine on the back with some camber and the fender rolled. i have the same up front but with feed fronts. not sure if you could clear with stock fenders even with a roll.

you would need to pull the fenders and spacers will make it worse...
im running 17x9 +17 with a 235/40 up front and i think that would be the MAX u could run... mine are rolled... anything else and i think it will get really goofy looking... my set up is boarder lining that... but i like it...
