Question Volks : GL57 vs GL57pro vs GL57F

OK, i searched and found at least this much info on the Gram light wheels from Volk:

The Gram Light 57 is cast
The Gram Light 57F is forged (hence the F)

I looked at the rays site, and they have a GL57 PRO, and a GL57F. They look nearly the same and seem to have similar prices on the internet. So whats the difference??????????

The 57Pro is a 2 piece wheel with a polished lip. I can't remember if it's forged or cast.

Here it goes:

57C: Cast, solid color
57Pro: Two piece welded Cast wheel
57F Pro: Forged Two Piece wheel
57F: Forged one piece wheel.

Thank you, thats just what i wanted to know.

Do you know why the 57Pro and 57Pro F are similar in price?? I would think the forged would be far more expensive than the Cast.....

Also, any information on wheel weights for these. Lets say 17x8 and 18x8 for reference. Thank you Rishie!

That's a good question. I just looked yesterday and couldn't tell ya. So **** I'd take the F pro. They are coming in the next two weeks. 18" gunmetal.

That would be great if you could post some pictures and weights as well! Gunmetal should look cool! Im interseted to see how close it is in weight to the LE37T, since they have simliar colors and polishes, but 6 spoke versus 5. I know 6 is usually lighter, but im sure either are lighter than my heavy *** Konig 18's that i would like to sell in the future. I guess you would be the man to go to for new wheels right ?

From the pics on the japanese website of Rays, the 57Pro looks cleaner than the 57ProF (because of the odd looking rivets on the ProF, but hard to tell because not the best pictures). Looking forward to seeing what you end up with!

The 57F-pros in Gunmetal look really nice. Check out these pics from the rotary extreme site (of gunmetal and other colors):
