Tokico HTS Shocks w/ Tein S Tech Lowing Springs

Currios if the Tokico HTS shocks with the Tein S tech lowering springs would be a proper replacement for my stock suspension for my FD.

1 - will the combo work?

2- Has anyone tried it?

The HTS are pretty much brand new. I haven't seen anyone use them yet here on the forum for the FD. However, if I were buying shocks today, I'd have no problems trying them out.

In my opinion i would go for a good coil overs like tein or tanabe, if you use your FD for circuit or track use.

I have experience with the hts on a couple of ae86's. I have to say that they are the best strut replacement on that chassis. They have really nice rebound. Super good quality stuff. Not sure how they would be on an fd as they have completely different suspension setups. Pretty much they seem to react a lot like koni sports.

HTS/DSPEC IS THE ****.

However, i know that SWIFT Springs work extremely well with the Dspecs.

I can get you a deal on both. I just loved the lightweight and quality of material with the Swift springs. Hands down an amazing spring, rides and handles very well.

You definitely get what you pay for.

i'm sure the Stechs will be fine but doubt they will handle or have lifespan of the swift springs.
