what is a good tread wear on tires for daily driven and a lil track/drag strip use?
I checked and the Kumho Supra Ecsta with 280 tread wear...
i have no clue what that means.

The treadwear rating is grossly overrated. It is meaningless to compare treadwear ratings between brands. It is only used as an internal reference number -- if Dunlop X has 100 treadwear, and Dunlop Y has 200 treadwear, the Y model should last twice as long.
Good tires have been discussed 100 times -- use a search. My personal fav for a budget tire is the Dunlop SP8000, which is being discontinued. I got over 15k out of my last set, including three track events and six auto-x, and they grip well in dry or wet.
Pretty much, the best tires are: Toyo T1-S, Bridgestone S-03/S-02, Goodyear GS-D3, Yokohama AVS Sport, BFG KD/KDW, Michelin Pilot Sport, and Pirelli Pzero. If you want to spend less, you can usually go down one step in a manufacturer's hierarchy and still be ok, but some of the above tires are pretty cheap as it is.
