stock 16" rims plus tires weight...

does anyone know the weight for the stock 16" rims plus tires?

also how do you calculate the diameter of wheels plus tires?

planning to upgrade to to 18" wheels...

The answer is in the sticky at the top of the page. 16 lbs for the stock wheel. You can also scan through the list for some of your choices if you have any yet to compare weights. Obviously, if you want to go 18s and you're concerned about weight, prepare to pay $$$$.

If you want to know how much the stockers weigh with tires, you should just pull one of your wheels off and weigh it!

BTW, I believe SleepR1 weighed his 17x9 Integrals with 255/40 Yokos and got 43 or 45 lbs. I can't remember how much the stocks weigh with tires.

45 lbs with brand new AVS I's...stockers weighed <40 lbs with half-worn 225/50-16 Pirelli P-Zeros.
