you can get the jdm version (type-c) from http://www.performance-evolution.com/wheels/wheels.html .
other than that, i'd bet rishie could help you. he seems to be able to get anything from anywhere. he's ARD T2 on the board.

The SSF next to manufacturing technique stands for semi-solid forged. I guess we need a legend for those abbreviations or should use words instead.
