yes you can change the spring rate, I would contact k sport directly and talk with them on what spring rates you want. I have k sport on my fd that I got from pettit racing they re valved them and put a spring rate of 12k front 10k rear.

Yea you can. You'll want to stay within 150 lbs or less of the stock rate. You can probably send them in to get them revalved if you are going to make a drastic change.

If you want a premium top quality spring go for Eibach, Hypercoil, or PAC. PAC offers the same style lightweight, extended travel, springs as Swift. They have ALL of their spring dimensions on their website which no one else seems to publish.

If you want to go with a cheaper alternative, go for QA1 or Summit brand springs. These will be equivalent to what you have on your coil overs now.

It may be more economical to just buy new coilovers with the spring rates you want.

You are going to have at least $160 in 4 new springs at a minimum, and probably another couple hundred in the revalve costs, plus shipping and downtime.
