Rear Capliers wiggle?

Today I installed some rpf1 on my car and I grabbed my rear calipers and I was able to wiggle them. Is this by design? Both caliper bolts are on tight.

Car stops fine, the passenger rear caliper I was able to wiggle it and could see the the caliper move and hit the pad and hear a clunk noise each time. Pads not flat or Calipers not flat?

The driver side was I was able to wiggle it, but the caliper did not have enough play to move around without the pad.

Also I do not have the rear shims on the calipers, could that be an issue with the passenger side? Maybe I missed something obvious?

The rear calipers are "floating" calipers, so the inner portion slides on two pins when the piston moves to pull the outer pad against the rotor, so movement on this part is normal. if the outer frame (which ultimately mounts to the hub carrier) is loose, that's a but different story.

Thanks for the response, i knew they were floating design, but wasn't sure if it was able to move like that with such little force. Yes only the caliper moves luckily.
