As promised, here are some pics.

Fronts - 9x17s 43mm w/ 255/40s

Couple of reasons. I was looking for decent priced, light weight wheels with the offset I needed. I also wanted a stagger setup. While researching, I could see no reason why I couldn't use the 9.5" wheel, run a wider tire, and keep the sidewall height close to the front 255/40s. I didn't want 18s in front because my ride is already stiff, and a 255/35 would have hurt more than help anything there.

I also don't tend to follow trends by nature...so decided to see how this went.

So far, I think it looks great. I haven't had a chance to check out the handling differences. At $220 a wheel, the price is right and the weight is pretty good as well.

xchaos, car looks fantastic with the setup. Remind us again what the wheel sizes and offsets are? Tire sizes? Tire model? Suspension mods? Please give us a review of how you like the setup after you've had time to test it.

Great work!

Enjoy!

Tire, wheel, and offset info is in the first post.

Tires are Yoko ES100s. I would probably choose another tire next time, but haven't really tried these out yet.

I'm running on Ground Control's with Koni Yellow adjustables with 550lb front and 400lb rear springs.

also where did you get the 45mm offset for the back?they don't have it listed on their site. I am wondering cuz i was looking at the same rims except 18s all the way around.

Haven't looked in awhile...but the site said the 18s were coming soon. It said that for months, so I sent 5zigen an email which they responded to saying they were in fact available.

I called lots of online dealers to no avail, so ended up stopping by a local Discount Tire. The manager called around a bunch of places and found the 2 rears. I actually thought they were going to come 43mm...but they are in fact 45mm.

Very nice xchaos!

You know, I had been out to the Discount Tire site many times but never saw the offsets which would work well (in the wheel I liked). I just never bothered to call them as most places are "if you don't see it on the site, we don't have it". Nice to know some places will work for your business these days!

It is a custom with a magnaflow straight through 3" muffler. I'm going to polish up the muffler a little more to match the tip.
