general use with some spirited driving
I know the Bridgestone is a high perf. all season and the gforce is a summer tire.
I would like good handling charachteristics and tread life. they are to be used on the vert wheels so standard 205/60/15 size

Well I looked on the Tire Rack and didn't see any RE90's, so I assume you meant RE92, which is a High Performance All Season.
Tests:
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/...ay.jsp?ttid=28
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/...ay.jsp?ttid=56
Note: The tests are with the same car, but with different wheel and tire sizes, so it's not that great a comparison, but it's something.
Specs:

Again, it really depends on the intended use, if it'll see snow, then the RE92's would be the obvious choice, in the summer the G-Force would probably be preferable, and they've got a higher treadwear rating, so they *should* last longer, and will probably deliver better performance and feel.

I had RE92's on my old civic, and they were good for close to stock style tires. I have Bridgestone RE750. They are awesome by the way, but what I want to say is, in my opinio, and my opinion only, I'd choose the Bridgestones. They are made of great quality, and overall are one of the best in any class of tires.

thanks Black91n/a
in stating it is not "ideal" - could you explain any negative side effects that will be noticed?
should I have gone with the 205/60/15 stock size?

The sidewalls will be pulled in, which has a negative effect on the size of the contact patch and on the steering feel. Ideally they'd be on something like 7-8" wide wheel. It's a perfectly acceptable size, and a good choice for those wheels, but those tires would just feel better and perform slightly better on other wheels, that's all. Don't sweat it, it's definetly not worth getting different wheels over.
