18/9 +45 front, and 18/10.5 +45 back

Front yes, back no. You're talking about those Kinesis rims on eBay, right? I had 18X10 +44 rear, and was FLUSH with the body, with 285/30/18s.

You could try pairing it with a fender flare, like the RE Amemiya or the Veilside - but keep in mind you will have to trim away the stock body work behind the flares to get the tires/wheels to clear. Its reversible (but not easy), but something you might want to consider...
