the 275's fit easily with a light fender lip roll, depending on how low youre car is setup and how much it compresses under launch... the wheels like to move forward under launches and eat fender at about 11 o'clock looking at the rear driver fender from the driver side of the car and vice versa for the pass. side.
255 will fit amazingly well with their lower O.D. and stretched fit on a 10" wheel.
you could probably run a 255 on a 10" +25 with rolled fenders and be fine.

No a 17x9 +35 won't fit, with that offset an 8" wheel barely fits in front, and then those springs give even less room than stock. You're not going to be able to fit a 9" wheel unless you run really small tires and a much lower offset.

9" wheel will be hard to fit. you'll need spacers and probably wider fenders
235 will fit, 225 is going to be a stretch, it might not, I wouldn't recommend 17x9s just go with x8s

It should, but it'll be close on the inside in both cases. It'll depends on your springs in front, if you've got Tanabe or Tein then probably no. Be prepared to run a small spacer.

Ok, I just want an opinion before I order these wheels.
17x8 35+ w/ 225/45/17
17x9 35+ w/ 255/40/17
My car is lowered with Tein springs, will this work and fit well? Thanks

Probably not in the front, those springs have less clearance than stock, and that'd be very tight with stock springs, so a spacer will probably be needed.

As much as I'd love to wade through 95 pages, I'm just going to cut to the chase.
Kosei K1 TS front/back
17x8 +35 w/ 245/45/17 V710s
17x9 +35 w/275/40/17 V710s
What size spacer is needed up front to clear the stock suspension?
Any fitment problems in the back?
Thanks.

Not going to fit under stock fenders in front, that's for sure. That much tire with a stock suspension is asking for trouble, you really should stiffen it up a lot to deal with that much grip potential, and without being able to control the body motion you're going to be throwing away grip as the tire edges lift off the ground.
Also, those tires are a bunch taller than stock, making the problem of fitting them under the fenders even harder.
You'll need probably a 10-15mm spacer in front, and some seriously rolled or widebody fenders.
I'm not sure about the back, but 275's are iffy, you'll probably need a bit of spacer and a fender roll.
BTW, the K1 TS is known to crack under hard use, might I suggest something like the Enkei RPF1 instead, strong, light and available in the exact same sizes.
