You don't adjust spring rates, you adjust damper rates.
Camber adjustment is already built into the suspension.

If you REALLY need ride height adjustability, then you are looking at aftermarket coilovers. Please do a search on coilovers, they have been discussed ad nauseum.

Just go with JIC's, thats what I am going with and that’s what Jeff has. They are excellent quality and relatively inexpensive.
