Question Need help deciding between a couple sizes

Well, im gonna be going to a new set of tires soon and cant decide between

A) Yokohama AVS ES100 sized 215/60/15 costing 79 each.

B) Yokohama AVS Intermediates sized 215/65/15 and costing only 39(!) each.

C) Falken Azenis sized 205/50/15 costing 60 each

Really, the main two im contesting aganist are 1 and 2. Its a combination of deciding between performance difference between the two types/sizes and wear/pricing.

The car is currently oriented mostly towards hard mountain driving with the occasional transition to open track days. Currently im using 215/60/15 with Yokohama S303 tires and I like this size setup. This is a pretty hard choice for me so any help would be appreciated. Hope I didnt leave anything out. Thanks in advance

I would not go with #2 because of it's sizing. Your best option would be one or three. Three being the better as far as handling. One would last you longer and be better for all year round.

I just hooked up a dude in Irvine with the Azenis in that size for his FC. Or you can buy wheels and tires for a killer price.

We just got in some Gram lights in silver and gunmetal, 16x7 and 16x8. Going for $800-$850.00 for the set.

I would go ahead with the 50 series tires because they less tire wabble.

azenis have great grip and a decent wear rating. also the lower profile will help your acceleration. you probably wouldn't feel a difference between the 215 and 205.

I think the reason im a little hesitant towards the 50AR tires is because of the thinner sidewalls and it looking awkward (skinny tire on stock ride height). Actually my car sits a little higher then stock because of all the weight removed. Also, im wondering if the skinnier sidewalls will make the rear harder to catch if it slips because of the stiffer sidewalls? What do you guys think about this?
