need HELP!! ASAP!! will these fit???

ok guy's, i dont do this often but i got a great deal on these tires and want to know if they will fit... ok:
i now have 19X10.5 wheels... in the back. i have stock shocks and suspension arms.. (but i bought new bushings) my car's fenders were completely tucked (or rolled) during the paint job. but they were not flared out. now on my wheels, i have the following size: M piolet sports 285/30/19. they fit well and dont rub my fender lip and have about an inch clearance from the suspension arm. now i got these:

brand new 295/30/19's.. my rim offset is perfect because i have equal amounts of room on both ends (both the fender and the arm). now, these tires are a inch wider and im wondering if they will fit??? im mounting them tomorrow but i dont know. they look close??? any thought???

btw, whats the most extreme situation where the wheel will tuck inside the fender?

285/30 19s are already a full INCH too tall of a tire...295/30 will only be worse!

I'm surprised you have so much clearance to the trailing arm while still clearing the fender lip, even if it is rolled....

BTW, 295s are only 10mm wider, not an inch!

yes, i know that they are suppose to be 10mm's wider but when i measure them both from the ground to the tip, one is 11.0 and the other is like about a full foot long.. any idea's?? their both Mich, Pilot sports.. except the new one is a N1 series. their hella expensive and i got a great deal on them. their practly brand new! still have the colored lines on them, just need them to fit.

i have not had any problems with my 285's... i think the reason being is that i run the profile at 30... and it might be a little tall but looks awesome. the 19" wheel fills the wheel hole fully! ill post a pic when im done mounting them. if it fits that is

Agree with the tire diameters, however, 295s are not necessarily 10mm wider (though they're supposed to be). My 295-30-18 P-Zero Assymeticos are about and inch wider than the 285-30s. Go figure.

That's interesting regarding the 295s being so much wider on two (very) different manufacturers...

Rzograbian, what offset are those 10.5" wheels? As Ptrhahn asked, could you take some pics of the clearance to both the fender and the trailing arm.

im not exactly sure of the offset... all i know is that they are perfect... and the 285's had the lip sticking out but the 295 were level with the lip. the dude measured it and said its a 10.75??? wtf is that. its either a 10.5 or 11??? ima post pics with the 285's that i have on there... i need new tires so the ones in the pic are all torn up... btw, the guy fixed my lip but some of the rest of it was scraped too and he fixed all of it!!! great guy... just not the worker that screwed it up in the first place.. he was pissed that he had to fix it!! im like wtf to the guy, your boss admitted that you work sloppy and you are lazy and dont want to fix it!

but ill post pics anyway!

Ah, THAT makes a lot more sense to me! Your rear wheels are measuring 10.75" -- that means they are actually 10" wheels. Typically, wheels are ~1" wider than their nominal width. For example, my Enkei 8.5/9.5 wheels measure almost exactly 9.5/10.5.

Sounds like you have a high 40s offset, which is indeed perfect.

no, im measuring 10.75 from inner tire groove to inner tire groove. the lip to lip is a little more than 12 inches... but you know better then i do. i think thats the offset that i have. ill be attending SS8 so you can see them. but ima post pics but i figured that i will change the pillowball bushings while im at it because i stripped a lug nut stud....

but it measure's exactly 12 inched from lip to lip, but my lip is a nice rounded chrome design, not like the volks that flatten out. so its like 12 and a quarter..
