Need everyone's opinion

Hi,
I work with RJ deVera in developing new designs and fitments for RO_JA Wheels. We are looking for suggestions on fitment and style for 3rd generation RX-7's. I would appreciate any feedback that you have in helping us create a wheel that suits your needs. Please answer the following questions:

1. What is you favorite wheel for FD3S?

2. What in your opinion is the most suitable wheel size, width, and offset?

3. Would you be interested if RO_JA wheels offered a size specific wheel based on your opinions for your vehicle?

I will keep you updated and post a few pictures in the near future. Thank you all for your help and support. THIS IS NOT A SALES PITCH OF ANY KIND!!!

Sincerely,
Alex Cheang

Then there is no need to mention the company you work for twice in the thread.

You own a 240Z, not an FD. Please don't clog up the thread.

My 2 cents:

17x9 +45 to +50 offset with a spoke design to allow clearance for big brake calipers.

My favorite wheel in the reasonable price range is the SSR Integral A2. Others I like are the SSR Competition, Volk LE37T, Fikse 5-spoke.

Re: Need everyone's opinion

1. What is you favorite wheel for FD3S?
Any 3-piece 5-spoke or mesh wheel, e.g. Kinesis K58, BBS LM, etc.

2. What in your opinion is the most suitable wheel size, width, and offset?

17x9, 18x10, +40 --> +49

3. Would you be interested if RO_JA wheels offered a size specific wheel based on your opinions for your vehicle?

Sure, but they have to be relatively lightweight, strong, and look good.

I like chrome. Has to weigh at least 40lb, or I wouldn't even consider it...

9.5 x 17, 46 to 48 mm offset with 255/40-17 tires all around. Weight should be no more than 18 to 19 lbs for this size. 5, 10, or 13-radial spokes--or--classic Volk SE37K-type mesh designs work well for thd FD3S Rx7s.

I've looked at your line of wheels, and the problem isn't the styles, its the sizes.

9" wide isn't going to do. 9.5" and 10" widths in 17" and 18" diameters, with proper offsets and caliper clearances up front are key for this crowd... as is light weight (meaning in the teens for an 18x10")
