MB Competition / Weapon wheel fitment

Anybody have any pics of these wheels installed on their FD? I test fitted the bronze weapons (18x9 +15 offset) on the fronts and rears. Everything cleared but there was naturally a little tire sticking out, approx 1/2" in the front and 1/4" in the rear. So for you offset wizards out there... I'm leaning towards picking up the Competitions for the time being and if I went with the 17x9 +27 offset in the rear and a 17x8 +22 offset in the front what kind of fitment can I expect?

Lots and lots of rubbing. In short, you want offsets in the 40mm to 50mm range.

40mm-50mm is optimal fitting, but just for info purposes, I have 18x8 with 225/40-18 on a 29.5 offset up front with no rubbing issues. Look at sig pic note how low my car is.
