m2 coilover's
#3
rebadged ground control kit. One benefit is that Brian KNOWS suspension in that you tell him what struts your using and he can pick the spring rate that will best compliment them. I got the Brian to pick out some rates for my R2 struts, damn the car feels alot better than with my old PFS/eibach progressive rate springs. I know Manny likes the progressive rate springs, and he does do a lot of track driving, so he probably knows his cars limits and what feels best for him. To me, I feel more confident going through the same stretch of road with the M2 coilover kit than with my old PFS setup, alot less body roll, and atleast on the street, you don't feel like the cars unsettled on the esses. Although you really shouldn't be going ***** out on public roads, where you might find the car's limit along with the ditch on either side of the road. 10 10ths driving at the track, Manny might be right, but at 7 or 8th's on the street, the coilover/linear rate springs feel better to me.
There was a good thread about linear and progressive springs in this section, but its been awhile with some great input from Manny and others, track and non track people.
