I think it is the $4k+ price tage that prevents most from running them They are on my list of top 5 best looking wheels made for a fd. The FM5s that is.

I have only seen a few sets on the road or in parking lot~ the real world, on some of them though i was taken aback by the poor "fit & finish" on them, there seemed to be rough edges that were not deburred and angular curves on the faces that were not smooth. the materials looked good and the designs are good but the execution was poor. with that much money invested you shouldn't find any glaring flaws IMO. Either they DONT care or it's the way they want them to be, i dont like it

maybe youve only seen knock-offs or badly worn fikse', they have some of the best fit and finish of any wheel you can buy. i dont have the money for wheels like that or i would. every set is comstom made for the specific car. they make the wheels for you when you order them.
