Looking for source for StopTech brakes
Hello,
Looking for some options on distributors for StopTech brake kits. There were a few places that seemed to have competitive prices but I don't remember who they were. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

I'm in the process of inquiring with Dave and Nick about a Stoptech kit. In regards to Nick, he won't take a credit card and wants payment up front, which exposes me financially for a not inconsiderable sum. His web site is under construction and he has other personnal issues going on. I've searched the Good/Bad forum with no results. Anyone have any opinions in regards to N-tech and Nick?

However, I've done business with Nick for years as has my brother and numerous RX-7 colleagues. I've never had a problem with his service or responsiveness- something that cannot be said for many aftermaket tuners. Nick is a well respected member of the RX-7/Nissan community and was a former police officer. Additionally, he is a well respected member of his local community, having assisted neighbors during difficult times (in particular after a hurricane that smashed through Central Florida not too long ago).
As regards to his website, Nick is quite busy with his family, his local customers, and product development/pipeline, thus may not have time right now to update his site.
With respect to personal issues. I'm not sure that is relevant.
I'm sure othere will chime in as well.
Regards,
Gene

Any thread that brings Gene and Brad out of the woodwork must be a good one. I'll "third" the recommendation for nick, he's a good man who's always come through on my typically late calls for brake pads!
