front/rear ride-height difference question

I'm planning to get a new set of shocks and was wondering how bad it is to have the front sit a little higher than the rear. I need the front higher because I have an aftermarket bumper on the car and it still eats up curbs at stock height. The car looked perfect when I had the Tanabe springs all around, but the car was impossible to drive without scraping at any imperfection in the road. As of now, I'm riding on stock shocks all around, and stock springs in the front with the Tanabe springs in the back.

When I get the new shocks (Tokico or Koni) I'd like to use the stock springs all around but have them sit at different perches. Good or bad idea?

Any help or info would be appreciated. Thanks.

change the bumper, raising front ride height only will mess the weight distribution and handling

Having the car tilted backward will allow more air under the car, not exactly good for high speed stability.
