Front and Rear Control Arms?

Is there a preferred brand for Front and Rear upper control arms, lower control arms, trailing rods, and toe links?

I see Phase 2 offers upper control arms for the front, but nothing for the rear. Are there any other brands that manufacture a rear? Is Phase 2 a good buy?

Looking here seems they have a good selection. But no rear upper control arm? The car I have needs new pillowballs, and someone threw some random crap suspension on there. So looking to replace all components.

What's your usage case? Been tracking my FD for maybe 4 years now and haven't come across a reason to replace anything with fully adjustable links like that.

Was going to want a car both streetable and for track. Like I mentioned above, mechanic and I took a look at the suspension on there at the moment, there's no markings, but its definitely not OEM. Needs new pillowballs as theres lot of wiggle room in the rear.

I was also considering "SuperNow", they seem to make as many pieces as Hardrace.

supernow stuff is great but their prices forces you to question........ why

as brian mentioned... it depends what youre using the car for. the amount of extra adjustability from aftermarket arms isnt really necessary. the factory arms are really good as they already use spherical joints and are made of aluminum. changing to an aftermarket arms really only serves for bling more than anything else. a streetable track car will do very well with the stock arms. i have the hardrace front upper arms because of the camber adjustability they offer. i will be putting the hardrace rear lower arm set later also for the camber adjustment and thats all. im not doing it for the "performance".

if youre looking to burn some money then go for the aftermarket arms but if you just want to get whatever is on there now off then stock arms will be an upgrade over what you got now.

I was going to do SuperNow from rhdjapan.com, but the price + shipping to MD would make me super broke. Nice looking stuff though.

Most of those don't look inspiring structurally, they probably work, but rod ends in bending for anything beyond set-up and testing - or 70s era recreations, yuk. If you're trying to achieve alignment outside the stock range, there's other ways.

I just finished up my rear suspension with SBG pillowballz and Superpro bushings. Previous owner had the Pettit Trak Launch Pro kit on there, so I just sourced new 3 piece chromoly FK rod ends. After this job, I'm glad I stuck with the stock control arms. Totally stout components. I really believe that an aftermarket option in this area is not needed. Toe links, trailing arms and sway bar end links are another story. I like the heims in those areas and I also installed Seals It rubber seals to hopefully extend their life. Find some used control arms, clean them up and you are G2G. If you had to source new stock arms, you might as well go SuperNow fantastic, because stock arms are only a $200 or so less expensive.
