FD suspension question, KYB

hi,
have question about my KYB, this model http://img837.imageshack.us/i/img2534o.jpg/
and there is spring http://img833.imageshack.us/i/img2582r.jpg/
I bought a car with those of shock but I seem to be harder than it should be.
I suspect the springs, I think they are too hard but I could not find any indication of them. or are these KYB so tough???
this setup is really curcuit style... not street.
oh and this setting from 1 to 8 is Weird ... http://img405.imageshack.us/i/img2402qv.jpg/
in my opinion are still the same solid with 1 or 8.
anyone know that? I need a little gentle setting
maybe some other spring?

This appears to be what you have:

http://www.sissk.co.jp/shock/shock1.htm

However, the images also have Japanese writing which Google can't translate so I have no idea exactly what they are or their rates.

Those look like stock springs. I have the same blue paint mark on my stock springs.

your complaint is probably due to the shocks. Poorly valved shocks make for a miserable ride quality. Try some Koni or Tokico Illumina shocks.

gracer: Maybe I got the car's stiffer chassis variant. in the manual I found that it sold two variants shock. soft and hard. or am I wrong?
you're writing You are probably the same spring with a blue mark and what shocks you have? KYB too?
I found these springs on eBay http://img842.imageshack.us/i/pruziny.jpg/ the seller wrote.. "Mazda RX7 FD3S Suspension Springs Stock" no black with blue mark like my spring... maybe this is softer.

hi,
i have some more information/question
I´m still searching why is my fd is so stiff.. there is video from my car,
(friend hold the camera in the hand but its still good example, how that car can shake)

I´am testing my spring with simply test, 86kg sits on my front fender and car sits about 10mm, so my result is.. that spring has about 9kg/mm in front, still looks like a stock spring.

some more information with photo... Super pro bushing sits here and some other stuff from Megan Racing,

so guys, do you think is possible... is that hardness normal?

I´m reading great thread from Howard Coleman and learn a lot.
still I´m sure, that my car can be better...

thanks and sorry for my english, still learning that
