FD rims fit on a FC?
#2
well FD rims are 16" so you couldn't have 235/50/17's on them. The stock FD offset is +50mm, the stock FC offset is +40mm. FD rims will fit on the rear of an FC, but you may experience rubbing under hard cornering.

I agree with speedracer, something doesn't sound right. But if you are asking whether some aftermarket 17;s from an FD will fit an FC, I'd say it depends on the offset. Look at the inside spoke or lip of the rim it should indicate the offset, like et40, or et45. A 38 - 43 mm offset in a 17,8 or 7.5 will work on the FC with a 225/45/17 rotatable.
A 235.50.17 will not fit an FC, but that tire size doesn't sound right for an FD either. But who knows? It's unique that's for sure.
Good luck, Rishie
