im getting my bushings replaced soon and the guy at the alignment shop, west end alignment in gardena one of the best alignment shops in socal, said that if i was to change my bushings ill might as well go OEM or Delrin. Poly, from what i heard, doesnt last that long. if one is going to spend all that time or money on changing the bushings, trust me its a pain in the *** but worth it, might as well use higher quality material but i guess poly is fine if one is on a budget. hey a kit for 150 isnt bad.

For what it's worth... I've been running poly bushings on my FD for about 3 years with a few track days and plenty of street driving around town without issues. I dont have any squeaks or other weird noises from the bushings to this date. In the event that poly bushings start to squeak, you can easily remove them to add the appropriate type of grease. I didnt notice any added noise or vibrations from the poly bushings on my car but I'm running 18's and coilovers. None of my customers have complained about harshness or noise after the poly bushings either.

If you're worried about poly bushings not lasting long enough, Powerflex bushings come with a lifetime warranty. I'm a Powerflex vendor/installer and can process warranty issues for bushings purchased through me. More info on this warranty here: CLICK ME!

Thanks,
Juan

I run delrin engine/trans/diff/subframe mounts and just stock bushings for everything else.

Delrin only self lubes at high rpms (like if you were going to cut it on a lathe, it would lube itself)
