You could also try swapping out to different springs. I understand the Tein H Techs have pretty nice rates and are not as aggressive on the lowering. You could always adjust the perches on the Konis if you wish to alter ride height a little.

I dont think i want it that low. Probably 24" all around. But i know ill have to roll my front fenders if i decide to do that. My driver side front is already kinda mesed up. Hope i can still roll it.

As another alternative, the Stock Showa Coilovers from 2001-2002 on the Rs at their lowest setting provide similar ride right to the Eibach/tokico setup, and they are a bit more forgiving than the Eibach tokico setup. Plus they are ride height adjustable. I have them on my car an will be updating to a more track ready setup in the near future.

^ +1 on the showa coilovers. Those are the coilovers I had on my car untill I decided I wanted something more track oriented.





There are some pics floating around the forum. None of them really show how low it is though. This spring I will be raising up the front of the car to about 24".

i had the showa and now i use the hks hipermax 3 sport..

the hks at the softest setting is very comfortable. i would say its very close to the showa, maybe a tiny bit more stiff but overall very comfortable

The Showas are inexpensive and durable, win-win. You simply do not need mega-stiff coilovers on the street, it's a waste of time.

Tein quality is mediocre at best.
