Carbing 3 Point Strut Tower Bar- need info

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has run the Carbing 3 point strut tower bar or even knows where to get it?
I saw it in the mazda.com article on Les Wong's car (which is pretty tricked out) and I was wondering if it worked?

see the following:

thx

Carbing is a great product. The nice feature to many of their STB is that they are solid welded bars. No heim joints etc.... THey have now released a line of bars similar to Cusco in order to be competitive. Carbing has also recently begun importship thru Tein USA and its many dealers.

Our company collaborated with Les on building his FD. He has used nothing but the best engineered race proven products you can find on the market, Carbing being one of them. I should be receiving my Carbing bar for my FC tomorrow. woot woot.

Now that it's being carried by Tein i'm sure you'll see a lot more of this product around as it will be much easier to get.

If you're interested in purchasing the bar let me know. I in fact may have a FD bar in stock in our LA warehouse.

Thanks, Rishie

Hi, thanks for your reply. I am waay interested. Can I get your phone number or you are welcome to call me at 801-376 3595.

That Carbing 3 point strut bar looks to be the best tower bar out there. I have heard good/bad about normal strut tower bars, but I have heard NOTHING bad about the 3 point. Please let me know. thanks again.

Doesn't this require drilling? Also, is the firewall strong enough to support the forces exterted on it by a STB over a long period of time without some flexing??

Hey Rishie, I am very interested in the Carbing front and rear strut bars. If you can get them, what would be the target price? Thanks.

I got the one FC bar in the other day for my car, it's sooo sick. Light as hell, strong as hell, and incredible TIG welds. A true work of art. Come by to check it out. It's not installed yet.

I have (essentially) the same strut bar, and you do need to drill out the firewall for proper fitment.

Strut tower bar

Does it kill the integrity of the firewall or would you recommend the normal two point (strut mount only) bar? thx
