I have obtained a secondhand set of Buddy Club Racing Spec Dampers for my RX7 but the guy I got them from didnt have the instructions.

Are there any kind people out there with them who could please mail me a copy of them ?

Is there something special about these that you can't just use the FSM for standard shock replacement instructions?

The FSM is a sticky at the top of the 3rd gen forum.

Errr yeah mate, its not that I dont know how to fit them. Its the length of the dampers...the spring heights etc etc I have a copy of the Tein manual but it doesnt give this info.

But cheers for the update on the thread.

Suprised there isnt anyone out there with Buddyclub suspension who could scan the instructions.

why u need the manuel? is it because it cannot adjust the height of the car after u install it. i had a very bad experience with buddy club coilover
