Brake Fluid: Endless RF650 vs. Motul RBF600

hey guys,

so i'm going to be installing my StopTech BBK up front soon

my car will be used for mainly street and some track purposes

the 2 brake fluids i found that are getting the best ratings are the RBF600 and the Endless 650

i've used the RBF600 on the track a lot before and loved it, but it seems like the Endless is doing really well now

what do you guys recommend?

thanks
VJ

I recently switched from super blue to Wilwoods EXP600 and have not had any boiling issues at the track. I also run Ti backing plates front and rear to keep the heat out of the fluid. I run R Comps with DTC60's so these stock brakes are seeing some high temps

You probably can't go wrong with either for dual purpose. Just flush it every 1-2 years, leaning towards yearly if you do a lot of track events.

Endless RF650 all the way. The fact that ALMS Porsche factory cars switched from SRF to Endless is enough for me. If you'd like more technical reasons I can write them out. RF650 is also being used in Formula 1.

In all honesty though, you're probably not going to have to worry about boiling fluid since since it's mostly a show car.

If Brekyrself can run RBF600/EXP600 and not boil the fluid at the track with stock brakes, you ought to be fine with either one.

I'm running RBF600 on the streets with Endless MX72 pads, and I can't get the brakes to fade coming down the mountain. FWIW.

the car will be more on the track than on the street, only at shows that are required for the sponsorship i got for the StopTech brakes

i think i'm going to go with the RBF600...its a lot cheaper than the Endless so i'll just change the fluid more often and if i boil the 600 then i'll move up to the 660

I went with Endless S Four last year as I don't run on the track; although I get into the triple digits quite often on the street. Before that I ran the Motul 600. From the reviews and testimonials Endless looks like the superior product (even over SRF), though that applies to the 650, which must be changed at much shorter intervals vs the S-Four.
