Offsets should be in the mid-high 40s for best clearance. Very low 50s will work ( I believe the commong CCW 18x10+50 fitment is either a 50 or 52mm offset), but you will most likely need aftermarket trailing arms the closer you get to 50. Your tire sizes are off, unless for some reason you wanted them that tall. You would want to run a 255/35r18F and 285/30r18R.

As Rxmfn7 said, you want 255/35r18F and 285/30r18R tires to maintain even tire height. Download a copy of the FD wheel setup spreadsheet and it should answer most of you're questions.
As a reference, I have SSR SP1 18x8.5 +43F (255/35/18) and 18x10 +38R (285/30/18) with roll fenders. The back in my opinion is perfect (flush), but I'm thinking of putting in a 10-15mm spacer up front to push it out a little for a more aggressive look.

Also wouldn't a 295 bulge out on a 10inch rim? I always thought 295 is perfect for 10.5 perfect as in square not the bulge look.

Here's a pic I recently posted in the FD pic thread. As you can see the front is kind of recessed in due to the high offset. I think 285 is good size for a 10" rim, no bulge or stretched look, more of a flush look, but I think it also depends on the tire brand. I have Toyo Proxes on my.

With rolled fenders:
front 18x9.5 +38 with 255/35
rear 18x10 +32 with 265/35
OR rear 18x10 +43 with 285/30
OR rear 18x10.5 +50 with 295/30
You can definitely go about 5mm more aggressive on the offset in the back with a serious roll and negative camber.
Btw, looking at the OP, your tires sizes are wrong. Those aspect ratios work for 17 inch wheels, not 18s. Do more homework

You can go with a lower offset in the rear with 10's, I have 9's at +18, which equates to a 10" +31. I have my fenders rolled with stock alignment.
I always use this to calculate what I need, http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

18x10+50 in the front fits pretty well but does need a slight roll. With the minor front roll I'd say the 18x10+50.5 285/30-18 is the perfect fitment for max sized wheels in the front. The back would be better suited to a 18x10+38ish.
In the back I have 18x10ccw's which are closer to a 10.5 with a +50.5 offset and I run a 5mm spacer and I still have 10mm to spare on the outside. My rear fenders are not rolled. Rolled fenders would add another 7-10mm.
My 285/30-18 tires look VERY slightly stretched on the ccw sp500's. I am putting a pair of 295's on next time in the back and maybe moving to a 10-15mm spacer. With rolled fenders.

Hmm...that seems like it might be a little agressive, reviewing the bulk of the responses. I bought a good fitting set of wheels from GoodfellaFD3s (which I'm very happy with), and he's in the business, so I would give extra weight to his recommendation.
Good luck - please post some pics when you get these!

Front's would be close, but rears do fit.
