For the rear you should only replace the stock pieces with poly bushings for-
the upper a-arm inner bushings (and if you do then you can replace the rear lower shock mount spherical bearing.)
Replacing any other rear "bushings" in the FD will cause suspension binding as they are all multiaxis spherical bearings stock (except the compliant front longitudinal control rod bushing).
For the other rear "bushing" positions use the Mazdacomp pieces that have a firmer rubber around the sperical bearings.
Front it is fine to replace all with poly.

I know
I know this is an old thread but i also know that new products often arrive. I have been restoring my Fd for the last 3years. Engine, ecu, paint, ohlins suspension. Now i am in the suspension side of the restoring. My question is what all needs to be replaced to restore the suspension and does anything work as good as the oem stuff? Could i mix and match so things between oem and poly? My car is a weekend car with an occassional track day event. I dont mind a little stifness but i dont want a bunch of noise like it were a track car

Want to be cost effective? Or price doesn’t matter? I just did all the bushings in mine with Mazda competition bushings. The cost is about triple what a poly kit costs. They’re factory bushings with 40% stiffer rubber. So it’s still “stock” ish. But also more “competition”. Stock bushings are all still available as well. A full stock set is half price of the competition stuff. Poly kits are probably most cost effective. A couple hundred and they’re a complete set. Just get OEM rear lower inner bushings and new OEM toe link bushings. Everything else poly.
If if I had to do it again, TBH I would probably grab a super pro kit.

This may help. This is what I did on my recent rebuild. Refer to this thread, post #1 and post#12.
