Kei Office is currently setting itself up in the US, so I'd either wait for them or send them to Japan

contact Drift Factory. I do not believe they have servicing ability in US. They might need to get replacements parts shipped from Japan.

I already contacted Kei Office, they do not service any of their discontinued coilovers (GU in this case). They do offer a "buyback" where they take your old ones back and offer you a discounted price on the new set. Kei Office is currently setting up shop in the US and they are supposed to get back to me in "a couple days" with the discount...

Hi there. Here's a link to one of the Kei Office Importers and what they say about rebuilds on Kei office:

"We are currently able to have Kei Office coilovers rebuilt. The price depends on the type and complexity of the coilover. At this time we are shipping coils to Japan for rebuilds but Kei Office is setting up a rebuild center here in the US and before long you will be able to have your coils rebuild state side. If you are interested in having your coils rebuilt, feel free to call us at 805-520-1796."

Talk to them, straight from the horse's mouth.

Hope that helps, Rishie

thanks rishie! but that is old info and they no longer rebuild them. i spoke to them directly. i also got this email from driftspeed (another authorized dealer):
HI Sir
We do not offer a rebuilding service. The coilovers must be sent to Kei Office Japan to be rebuilt. Please contact us back in january, that is when Kei Office japan will be reopened for business.

Thanks
Jerrod

DAmn that's gay. That's why you should just buy Zeals or Tein coilovers. lolz. Zeal has the internal parts in stock at their warehouse or they will air ship them here to get you your coils fast.

2MCHPWR is going to send me one of his to see if I am able to rebuild them here in the shop. We have been servicing a variety of shocks for a couple years. I'll be sure to let you guys know how it goes.
