You might try checking the Suspension/Wheels/Tires/Brakes section...
They have a handy-dandy chart in the top thread which tells you the wheel and tire sizings which will fit inside the stock wheel wells.

Define your terms... rims, tires, and offset are all variable that affect one another.
To me, nothing with less than 275-285 section tires can be considered "aggressive" at either end no matter what size/offset the wheels are, but it seems that term means something different to some people.
About the widest I've seen on a stock-bodied car (that actually worked) albiet with trimming/rolling was 18x10.5" front w/ 285/30/18, and 18x11" rear w/ 295/30/18. +48 F/R.
