After replacing the pillowball bushings, do I need to get an alignment? (this is where the Firestone lifetime alignment comes into play)=P

No. There is nothing adjustable about the pillowballs themselves (assuming you didn't remove the lower link from the car) and so replacing them won't bother the alignment.
OTOH if I had a lifetime alignment and had just done some major suspension work I would go have it done anyway All they have to do is put it on the rack and see if anything moved.
