ABS Delete Fd

So I'm doing an ABS delete on my Ls swapped FD and I have a couple questions. I'm currently using this

http://www.nopistons.com/3rd-gen-f-q-s-45/abs-removal-linelock-install-instructions-18924/

As an instruction guide.
So, here's my questions:
1. Will any proportioning valve work?
2. Why not just buy pre-flared brake lines?
3. Whenever I put in that wilwood part number on jegs or summit, nothing pops up so maybe the manufacture part number changed? This is What I get when I search is this part:

Your best bet is to use the ABS delete kit from Alex Rodriguez from this forum. He sells his kit as a group buy every now and then. There's even a newer version.
