5Zigen FN01 Wheels on a FC3S

First yes I searched and read threads for a week and now I'm about to buy them so i need a little reasurance.

I am pretty sure I'm getting 17x8 +35 All around with 225/45/17 tires. That's what I want to run please dont suggest a staggered setup I just need people who have ran this wheel and size.

I called to order them and Discount Tire Direct told me they won't gaurantee this setup because it will stick way out, so I just wanted to make sure. If they dont fit I have to pay shipping.

I've seen people say it will work but noone who has actually ran it with these wheels. (5Zigen FN01rR-C)

Any pics would be great as well as your experience, rubbing or fender rolling needed?

Thanks a lot,
Ed

From what I've seen most run 17x9 in back not the front.

Anyone running my setup? At least in front?

I'm ordering tomorrow hopefully.

Rishie at ARD (ARDT2) recommended a 17x8 + 25 for the front of my car.

The 17x8 +35 should be fine, it might not flush out but you can always throw a little spacer on it.

17x8 in the rear is an easy fit. 17x10 will fit in a +35 so you should have no problem. I am running a 9" wide +40 (Volk Racing) back there right now,

anyone have a picture of a 17x10 in the rear (from the rear so that we can see the tires width)?

The 5zigen site says run a 17x8 +35 in front, so I think it will be OK.
Discount Tire Direct is just probably trying to cover it's ***.
I want to rotate thats why I am going with the 17x8 all around. I'm not worried about them not being exactly flush I can fix that I'm just concerened with fitment right now.
Well I guess I'll order them.

Thanks,
Ed

17x8 +35 FN01R-Cs will fit up front fine. I know a few people who have that setup. I have also seen +25 up front, but cant comment on any issues with that.

I woulds rather run it closer to +30 or +28, but lots of people have confirmed +35 will fit.

They only run +35 and +25 in this wheel in th 17x8 so I went with the 35. I figured I could always run a spacer to push it out, but if I run the 25 I'm stuck with what I get.

I would've run the +25.

The only problem you might run into is slight rubbing with the outside fender.
This can be solved by "rolling" the front fender.

The 8" +25 would've looked "nicer" in the rear, as the tire / wheel will sit more flush with the rear fenders.

Well they are already ordered. Anyway I can always through on a spacer to push out the rear if i want.

I'll post pics once I get them on.

17x8 +35 will fit fine. IMO, it'll be too sunken in. I run 17x8 +25 and there's still room. The front fenders are rolled though and I'm running about -3 degrees of camber. I might throw on some 5mm spacers just to get things a little more flush.

I think your meaning of "fit" is much different than most...

Does anyone else have pics to go with their wheel offsets? this would be a great opportunity to see how the wheels sit with each offset.
