255 for stock rims?

can 255's fit on stock rims? any pictures of this on an RX-7? and any good company that makes 255/__ /16 tires? also will the efini center caps fit where the mazda toilet bowl logo is?

You can run 255/50 BFG drag tires at the strip, but I wouldn't run that for normal use.

If you want wider tires on the stock rims, run 245/45s.

alright thanks guys. i originally wanted the 245's but i guess i was getting greedy with the 255's.

An 89 GTUs rim is 7" wide. The minimum recommended width for a 245/45 16 tire is 7.5". So, not a good idea.
