18' or 19' wheels

What do you think. I'm up in NY city of potholes. Show me or tell me what you got, rims and tires.

First of all, I don't think 18-FOOT wheels are going to fit (talk about your unsprung weight!)....

Secondly, please go and search/look through the Suspension forum, you'll find everything you need to know.

the 26's have way too little tread, stick with the 20's

I personally like 30's, they enhance the bling factor a little

Take it easy. It's a simple mistake (18 inch or 19 inch). Thanks for the information.

Since you're in a "city of potholes", keep your stock 16s. The low sidewall on 18" or 19" tires won't provide enough cushion and sooner or later you'll hit a big one and bend your rims.

Definitively not the place to upgrade your rims. I lived in Brooklyn for 5 years, the entire place is a shithole when it comes to the roads. I've visited back many times, but have NEVER taken my 7 back. Keep your stock rims, and save your money till you leave that place.

Get 19s if you want your car to look hot. 18s if you want both performance and looks. 17s if you are still living in the early 90s

I don't know man. Spirit R wheels are 17's and people seem to love those wheels. (probably because they're Spirit R wheels) but even still, they are pretty hot.

17" is as large as i will go. 18" is fine for looks. 19" is for people who are not serious about performance.
