Not necessarily. "the lip" is partially a function of wheel design, not just the offset of the wheel. For a picture of what offset is, see:

****, you're preaching to the choir bro, haha. When I got my Enkei's I wasn't happy to discover that both my wheels had the same lip even though the offsets were different. I was just trying to put it as simply as possible cause it didn't seem like he was understanding.

You have the idea. Rim design is also a factor on the lip size but you're thinking in the right direction. And yeah, i quoted pictures . . . hate me
