17x9 on a fc

I might be getting an fc and i have some wheels for my s14 i was wondering if theyd fit the fc. 17x9 all around with +25 offset. I dont want to run them if i have to run crazy camber or really stretched tires, any input would be appreciated.

My fc has 17x9 +35s all around. I'm running a 10mm spacer up front and I have about 1mm clearance between the wheel and the coilover. I'm also running +20mm fenders.

but i think the biggest thing, is what size tires you guys are running and what camber?
im sure theres some other variables

im also looking to squeeze 17x9 all around w/ 245s, but might go w/ 17x8.5 not sure.

drifted: which overfenders are those?

sounds like perfect fitment for fc to me! perhaps if youre going to pull the fenders your should run a fatty spacer in the back?

why are you planning on using tein?

well im thinking about trading my sr swap for a turboII and tein are the coilovers its coming with. So what sort of tires do you guys think i could fit, i was thinking 235/45 in front and 245/255 in the rear

that tire combo should fit fine. might need a 'slight' spacer in front depending on suspensions setup, and def. need to roll the fenders. but you should get a 40 series for a 235 instead of a 45 series. that would be a bit too tall for the fronts IMHO.

back should fit no prob. esp. with a slightly rolled fender with 245's. 255's will require a little more of a roll, but still should fit no prob.

so that pic is essentially a 17x9 +25, with a 20mm overfender? what size tires are you running? and who makes the fenders?

We carry the 20mm front fender replacements. Origin/Version Select makes them as well as a few other companies. We also have the 30mm rear fenders on blowout right now.

With the 20mm fenders i'd suggest at least a +20, even better a +15 up front. Based on the brand and model of coilovers, as well as tires can make that +25 clearance super super tight.

I'm running 225.45.17 tires all around. The fenders, I'm not sure what brand. They were given to me by one of my sponsors.

dude, go 245/40/17 all around. the extra rubber fits, so why not. you're gonna have to roll the fender anyway, and they'll definately clear the inside. (i have 245 on a 30mm wheel with stock rolled fenders).
whenver i get around to it, i'll be test fitting 255/40/17 up front with 30mm offset. just to see how close it comes to my tein's.

17x9.5 +35 F (235/45 ) and 17x10 +18 R (275/40 ) , 1.5 deg camber F, .6 deg camber R .. fitment is just barely on the short side of flush with oem panels. rolled lips would allow for a tuck.

For the front, you'll need 20mm fenders, a low low offset wheel +10-20 would be my guess, coilovers, and an alignment.

The rear will clear.

I'm guessing thats for an FD? no way 9.5 +35 will clear the front of an FC...

i dont want overfenders. id be willing to have them pulled like you've done on both of your t2s, but want to keep the steel fenders.
guess 245's and 8.5s it is, still trying to figure out what offset will work both front and rear, i think i may need a small spacer in the rear to make it nice and flush and run the same offset front/rear...
im clueless when it comes to offsets lol

17x8 +35 in front with a 235/40R17 is awfully close to the suspension... if you plan on a 245 tire you will need a +30 or more likely a +25 offset

if you move up to a 17x9 you will definitely want a +20 to run the 245 tire... if you step up to a 255 tire you will definitely need wider fenders and a +15 offset.

I dunno on 17x8.5, that might need a +30 to clear the strut/springs.

most of this depends on your spring perch for the strut and if you can raise or lower it, whether you have coilovers or just a set of springs on struts... you need a lot of info to make a good decision!
